Although I prefer to focus my practice on small business counsel, estate planning and estate administration, my broad experience in virtually every practice area allows me to offer creative solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation. Having engaged in both business and estate litigation earlier in my career, I pride myself on transparently assessing risks that could arise for individuals and small businesses in the future.
I was immediately drawn to Sparks based on the firm’s outspoken desire to support entrepreneurs and small business owners, which not only allows me to form personal relationships with clients, but also objectively supports the foundation on which the national economy thrives.
Prior to joining Sparks, I practiced law for two boutique firms in the Atlanta area focusing on small business, estate planning, and probate work in both transactional and litigation capacities.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Emmie, and my two Dobermans, Grace and George. I also have an unhealthy obsession with fantasy baseball and improving my wretched golf handicap.
