John Gracia focuses his practice on small business representation, transactional services, and estate planning and estate administration. John represents and advises privately held companies in all stages of the business life cycle, including formation, expansion, and transactions with third parties. His estate planning practice involves advising clients on probate avoidance, asset protection, and incorporating clients’ business interests into their estate plan. Having previously managed hundreds of estate administrations throughout the State of Georgia, John is also an expert at navigating the murky waters of probate court.
John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Fiduciary Law Section. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, his dogs, and his golf clubs.
