Daniel is an associate attorney at Sparks Law with a practice focused on helping business leaders resolve legal disputes and mitigate risk. Prior to joining Sparks Law, Daniel was a litigator in a variety of roles and industries, handling complex legal issues for clients from inside both the boardroom and the courtroom. Daniel brings this experience with him, working closely with your team to analyze legal risk and exposure, develop best practices, and negotiate, draft and execute complicated commercial and business agreements. Daniel joined Sparks Law in 2020 because his true passion is on the ground floor, working closely with entrepreneurs as they grind to make their dreams a reality.
He graduated from Albany Law School, a beautiful institution (one of the oldest private schools still in existence) in the Capital District of New York. While attending school he was an avid rugby player, elected vice-president and then president of the Albany Law Rugby Football Club, and a founding member of the Albany Bootleggers (named after the infamous gangster Jack “Legs” Diamond). His passion for rugby continues to this day, and while he is entering the “old boy” stage of his playing career, he tries to lace up his boots at least once a year (socially). Daniel serves his local community as a youth rugby coach and on the board of Rugby Georgia, the official state rugby organization of Georgia under the umbrella of USA Rugby. He is passionate about decentralized technology, cryptocurrency, Rugby Atlanta (our pro team!), and competitive e-sports.
