What We Offer

Businesses will receive:

• Up to one hour per month of legal advice, consultations, and/or contract analysis (a $175 value); and
• A monthly comprehensive review of a major segment of their business such as: compliance issues, customer contracts, organizational documents including operating agreements, bylaws and shareholder agreements, trademark and intellectual property review, business purchase agreements and succession planning, employment agreements, and so on. (a $950 annual value); and
• Monthly reports on the law that you, as a business owner, must be aware of in order to strategically steer your business towards success, taking advantage of any new laws available to you, while avoiding legal vulnerabilities and risk.

How Much Does It Cost?

We charge $195 per month.
